Project description:

Works comprised demolition of existing upper levels (sixth, seventh and eight floors and the roof level) and the construction of new sixth, seventh, eighth and nine floors and roof levels for continued use as offices on part lower ground, part ground and upper floors. Development of lower ground and ground floor for dual/alternative Class A1/B1 retail/office use and various external and internal works including new shopfronts to Jones Street and Bourdon Street and the installation of external lighting to Berkeley Square.
